Locally based pilots should use the employee parking lot and shuttle
Pilots without a SLC parking pass, use the Airport Parking garage and email us a receipt for reimbursement.
Arrive at the SLC Airport Operations Executive Board Room (in the SLC Operations Offices, top ticketing level, outside security, opposite (DAL FA Lounge) no later than 9:30am! The MANDATORY pre-picket briefing starts sharp at 9:45am. After the briefing, we will walk through the terminal to the picketing location (approx. 2 minute walk). Picketing will commence at 10:30AM and end roughly at 12:30pm. Then a post brief from 12:30pm-1:30pm
If you are attending the picket, it is MANDATORY that you attend the pre-briefing at the SLC Airport Operations Executive Board Room
We plan on Summer Uniform, No IDs and Green Lanyards. Probationary pilots are encouraged to register and attend, but will NOT wear any part of a uniform, serve a public role, or carry a picket sign. We could use your help and contributions in other areas behind the scenes.
If you will be attending the picket after the initial briefing, you can still participate as long as you make it to the Board Room and get briefed. The Executive Board Room will have a secure area to keep your bags.
